After stopping for lunch one Wednesday morning, I was interested in finding a recipe for the apple and leek salad that the Polish place sells. Unfortunately, this 2008 edition doesn't include Hubert's Polish Kitchen.
Nevertheless, it was interesting to read the history of Columbus' market(s).
There were eight recipes in the book that interested me. The way that they are written causes me to think that they aren't professionally crafted, so I'll have to risk experimenting with what they suggest.

Vietnamese Dipping Sauce
Sandia Cheesecake
Tortilla Espanola
Shrimp and Fresh Vegetable Angel Hair Pasta
Chicken Tikka Makhni
Easy Beef Paprika
Raspberry Cornmeal Muffins
Easy Blackberry Cobbler
