This book was not much of a biography as people would think. It does not go into detail in terms of history, strengths and weaknesses, trials and tribulations. It only goes into detail about her careers, and how successful she has been throughout her career. Readers are given a small glimpse into who she collaborated with her, her famous songs, and information about her inspirations. I feel as if the book is incomplete. It does not mention how Taylor was discovered, and the fact that she was sort of a nerd during her childhood as other biographies have done. Readers do not get the chance to connect with her because everything about her praises her. Every person has a weakness or two. This book does not go into detail about any of Taylor's weaknesses. This book is missing history, and a connection between Taylor and her readers.
