I love this book. When I was a child, I would gaze at the beautiful illustrations and feel sorry for the animals being cold and busy searching for food. Maybe I loved Old Man Rabbit because he was slow and steady, and thoughtfully prepared a meal for his friends. I guess it's just one of those things that affects you in the right way.
My Grandmother gave me this book. It was hers when she was little. It is super old and has beautiful drawings in it. I really liked the story and read it with my mom.
