You'll definitely learn some worthwhile stuff from this book, but Munrow was a much better musician than writer. There's plenty of excellent listening (as well as the occasional dud) in Munrow's various recordings with the Early Music Consort of London, and I very strongly recommend Nesciens Mater by Jean Mouton on Munrow's Art of The Netherlands album. It is, quite simply, the single best piece of choral singing ever.
