I’ve read or listened to plenty books on conversation by this pt, and this is a practical fave. It’s clear like Rogers’ « Active Listening. » The SECRET (acronym) process is really helpful, has bits of the balance of humility and assertiveness in paradoxical leadership. Plus, it’s short

I enjoyed narrating this and learned much! The experience and wisdom and the process presented and demonstrated are awe inspiring.
