The Key to Love:
While at a gallery art show, Jennette runs into Steve, a man who hates art. When Jenn later learns a secret that her father has been hiding and her friend Tiffany wants her to pretend to find Steve's missing key for money, Jenn doesn't think the year can get any worse. She did find the actual key that Steve wants while at the show and she has since used it in one of her pieces. But when Tiffany and Steve try to get the key back, will Jenn learn the truth behind Steve's reasoning for wanting it back? With fate continuing to bring the two together, will Jenn finally give Steve the physical key back but also the key to her heart?

The Key to Christmas:
Now engaged, Jenn and Steve not only have to deal with planning their wedding and setting a date but also deal with her new co-op gallery attached to his marketplace. And of course Jenn has to deal with the return of Tiffany, her own family and the person that is out to ruin her. Will Jenn and Steve's relationship survive? Will they finally set a date for their upcoming wedding even though they are being pulled in so many directions from their own family? There is lots of stuff that they will have to deal with this holiday season, I know I am hoping they make it in the end.

Book 1

3.5 Stars

This was a cute read. A short story that I would have loved to have seen more of the characters interactions with each other. A lot of this story was filler back ground information that I found my self skimming over. I am hoping the next book continues their story, since we have all the back ground information out of the way.

This was written as a mutli pov and does not have a HEA ending but does have a HFN ending.

Book 2

3.5 stars

This is a continuation of the series and starts a year or so later.

This is another short but sweet read. We really didn't get to see a lot of the romance, this gives us back ground information of what happened between this story and the previous one. We miss the dating, the engagement, etc. and start where Jenn and Steve are already engaged.

We do however have an HEA with this one.

This was a nice way to spend an hour or so.

Would I recommend this book? Yea

Would I read more from this author? Yea

These are my first 2 books that I have read by this author. In The Key to Love, we meet Artist Jennette Jacobson at her one art show where she meets Steve Harmon, who did not want to be there, but went for his friends. Steve lost a key. Jennette found it and put it into a collage she made. My favorite part of this novella is the key and what it means. I could not believe the secret Jennette's dad was keeping.

In The Key to Christmas, Jennette and Steve are now engaged and trying to finalize their wedding plans. They have to go through things like the vandalism and planning of their wedding. Will Jenn and Steve survive through everything they have to go through? Will they pick a date? I felt so bad that Jenn has to deal with Tiffany once again and add in the person who is out to get her. Who is this person?

I give this book 5 out of 5 stars.
