This book hurts my heart but makes it happy at the same time. In this book is about a little boy who befriends a girl with cancer. They become great friends and spend lots of time together. Her birthday draws near and they talk about what to do. They make a plan to spend time at thier special tree. However, on her birthday the girl does not come. The boy stays and waits for her wondering if she is ok. He sends her birthday wishes into the sky and knows that she will be alright.
