The genre of this book is poetry. One unique feature of this book is that instead of the whole book being on one poem, it is made up of several different poems all about different types of food. The grade that this book could be used for it 1st-3rd grade.

The poems were adorable! Color was great and pictures are very kid-friendly. I can totally see myself reading some of these poems (if not all) to my students!
