When the dedication of a book makes you laugh, you know you're in for a good read. Sabrina York didn't disappoint in Hot SEALs: Herding Cat. I absolutely loved this book! Ms York, as always, delivered a well written book. The characters are amazing and fun to read. Hot SEALs: Herding Cat is loaded with drama, action, sizzle and humor. Never a dull moment. I enjoyed Herding Cat and look forward to Ms York's next release. Hot SEALs: Herding Cat is a short read, perfect for those with limited time for reading. This is a complete book, not a cliff-hanger.

If you want something on the lighter side for entertainment, with characters that you can enjoy and perhaps even lust over for a moment, you won’t go wrong with Sabrina York’s Hot SEALs stories. Alpha heroes completely used to getting their own way, perhaps even priding themselves on the fact that their approach and bearing instills fear into many come up against smart-aleck heroines who not only are not afraid of them, but rarely concerned with consequences.
Poor Garrett: all that muscle and brawn backing up his ability to appear menacing and she just doesn’t get it. Doesn’t realize that he’s big and bad and dangerous, and she’s merely a crudité in the buffet that is women lining up for his special treatment as their bodyguard. Oh he’s not unprofessional, but intrigued by the woman who won’t take her situation or safety seriously, and does she HAVE to look so delectable?
Catherine has plans and meetings and none of those include the hulking men that are attempting to tell HER what to do. Never good at taking direction, she’s agreed to the contingency but believes it unnecessary. Until she finds herself coddled in the arms of Garrett, when one of her team is run down by a car aiming for her. Of course, it was coincidence and she’s not going to change her plans or her life for this.
But, the incidents become more threatening and a tiny pickpocket with street sense that is far beyond her years become integral to the story and fuel the battle between Catherine and Garrett. Oh there is no doubt she’s not thinking straight when his scent and presence surround her, and feeling safe, desired and protected is an unfamiliar place. But, she can’t deny the sparks, and he can’t deny that she is all he wants and then some. Now they need only to negotiate every movement, avoid the bad guys, explore this connection (repeatedly) and see if they won’t find a happy ending.
Fun, funny and fast-paced, you’ll enjoy the banter, need an icy cold beverage for the steamy moments and wonder just how you lived without this story for so long. A great little series when you need some feel good reading to perk up a grey day.

Catherine is determined her smarmy brother-in-law will not take over the multi-million dollar fashion company built and run by her and her now late sister. Catherine is convinced her sister’s death was no accident and hires former SEALs to guard her and her niece, Pansy. While traveling to Hong Kong on business, Catherine is drawn to one of her guards, Garrett, and sparks ignite. Regardless of their age difference, Garrett is determined to show Catherine how much he cares for her, but can they overcome all the obstacles thrown at them to find their happily ever after?
“Herding Cat” is full of action, romance, and that touch of humor I luv from all of Sabrina’s stories! Highly recommend!

Strong Independent Woman with Tender Heart
I just loved Cat. She comes off tough but as we get to know her character she is smart, self-reliant, soft hearted, but also an astute business woman. Cat is in danger and hires bodyguards to keep her safe. The main storyline follows the relationship with her bodyguards and all kinds of action. No, this is not a menage, but some of the non-sexual interactions with other guards are hilarious. But the side plot with Mae absolutely stole the show for me. Loved, loved, loved Mae. You will have to read the book to see who she is and why she stole the show. This was a fabulous book!!!!

Love this book
Love hot seals. Catherine and Garrett are so cute. Age difference doesn't matter in love. Cat is worried about that since she is older. He is the protector who falls in lover with his protectee. In Hong Kong, things get crazy and they also find the two little girls. They are so wonderful together and the good guys come out on top. Love this.

Garrett and Catherine's book was terrific! There was laughs, suspense, and passion! If you haven't read a Sabrina York book yet this is a great one to start with.

This was a followup book to Guard Dog by Sabrina York. You got to hear what happened to Cat's niece in Guard Dog. Now its time to see what happened to Catherine during the same time.
There were many element of the story I liked. Different scenarios could have played out the normal way but I am glad that Mrs. York went another route. One of the main elements of the book was that Catherine didn't want to get involved with Garrett because of an age difference. In most books, this last the whole story and it doesn't get resolved till the end. In this book, while it is mentioned at the beginning, it doesn't take long for Catherine to accept this and move on,.
I loved watching Garrett go from this big and strong alpha man who needs no one, to falling in love with not one but three girls. Watching Garrett come to terms that a wife and kids were in his future was fun to watch.

Garrett is tasked with guarding Catherine while she is on a business trip in Hong Kong. This is no easy task because she is very head strong and knows what she wants. And she wants Garrett but he is younger than her and she thinks that is a problem. Add into the mix a little thief who steals her heart. And a body guard who wins her heart. Great story!

Hot SEALs: Herding Cat (Kindle Worlds Novella), is the sequel to Guard Dog. and it was awesome! Sabrina York, with every book she writes. never disappoints her readers! In this latest series about the Military Group known as the GAPS—the Guardian Angel Protective Services, Seals who can no longer be a Seal, but are able to still work in the field, starting with Ryder, then Drake, followed by Mason in Guard Dog and now this book which has Garrett, which has been given the job of protecting Catherine, who is the aunt of Pansy who we met in Guard Dog, along with her spoiled Diva dog named Lola, a chihuahua who owns many jewels including a Real Diamond tiara and who steals bacon!
Catherine is a little bit older than Garrett, but oh how she wants him! She is on a buying trip in Hong Kong, and has hired protection -the best for herself and back at home for her niece, as her late sister had married a man younger than her and then she was killed. At the time they thought her death was an accident, but then something happened to Catherine here in Hong Kong that made her just know her life and that of her niece are in grave danger. Her sister's husband wants to do away with her and her niece so he will be able to take over control of her and her sister's company, built from hard work, determination and everything she and her sister could do to put them in a position where they were number one in their clothing business. After her sister died her brother in law tried to hook up with her niece and then they knew!
Garrett along with two other members of his team, are protecting Catherine here in Hong Kong, and it is not long before an attempt is made on her life. On the other hand both Catherine and Garrett feel something for each other and they are both frustrated, her because she thinks she is too old, and he, because he could care less about her age, she is beautiful, strong willed, and intelligent!
Will these two be able to get together and will Garrett be able to keep her safe? Other things happen as well, in this novella filled with danger and sexual angst, and the wonderful but scary feelings one gets when wanting to take a chance but may be too afraid to do so. Behind all that muscle and alpha male, Garret knows what he wants-a sweet lovely and prickly little woman he thinks is perfect for him, but first he has to get her to realize she is beautiful and perfect for him!
Read this book, I know you will like it as much as I have. Besides getting a good story, Sabrina York's snarky comments and hilarious dialog make it the perfect read.

Catherine is a strong independant business lady that is all about taking care of business. She fears for her safety and that of her niece and has taken measure of hiring guards to watch over them. She has reason to fear. She finds herself in a few very dangerous situations. Thankfully she has the ever so handsome and extremely well trained Garrett and his team there to help protect her.
This book is full of drama, a few hot and steamy scenes, and has the perfect ending that left me with the wonderful awe feeling. Some of my favorite scenes include an unexpected little visitor that captured Catherine's heart and mine immediately.
Sabrina York has once again created a perfect page turner of a story that I could not put down. She has a talented of combining just the right mixture of drama, humor, suspense, with a nice dose of hot and steamy to create a fantastic story that never fails to keep me entertained.

This novella can be read as a stand-alone but “Herding Cat” is the Sequel to “Guard Dog” which is also a great read and can give additional dimension to both stories.
As in Guard Dog, Catherine Hightower’s (Cat) sister, Marla, untimely death. Since her death Cat thought that her brother-in-law wanted his hands on their family business, Flytower, so she hired Guardian Angels Protection Services (GAPS). GAPS are made up of ex-special ops guys from the series “HOT SEALS”. She had GAPS bodyguards to protect her niece Patsy and herself. CAT is on a purchasing trip for the company in Hong Kong with 4 GAPS body guards were assigned; Garrett Schrodinger, Scott, Tig, & Rocky.
What no one expected was that Cat and Garrett was drawn to each other. Cat knew that that could never happen because she was 10 years older than Garrett. However, Garrett didn’t see the problem. He just knew if it felt right then age has nothing to do with it.
Go on this wonderful journey with two people who are trying to understand their place in each other’s lives. Along their path are two beautiful organs, Tsu Mae and her sister Lui. I highly recommend this book for those that believe in HEA.

Sabrina York is one of the handful of authors I've come across that has the ability to write a steamy romance is nearly every genre. Although I admit that I'm partial to Sabrina's erotic romance, it is her dip into grittier, slightly more romantic suspense, that I'm really looking forward to. In Sabrina's newest novella, Herding Cat, readers are treated to a sexy story with hints of suspense. While Herding Cat was a short novella, I was still able to connect with her characters. They were well developed and likable. Sabrina's writing is smooth and the fast pace of the novella was perfect. Another fantastic addition to her Stone Hard SEALS series.

Cat's sister was murdered which make it so she has to have a bodyguard to protect her. When she goes to Hong Kong there is immediately an accident that almost takes her out.
Garrett is one of her bodyguards and he wants to protect her in all areas of her life.
When Cat realizes what is going on between her and Garrett she thinks of all the excuses on why nothing can happen. When her life becomes a target and people she loves can get harmed in the process thing s will changes for her and the heat will come on. Can they separate their business from their personal lives, and can the bad guy get caught in the end?
This is a suck you in and won't let you go book. It has it all the suspense and the romance.

I love this book as much as the first one, Guard Dog, which explains how Catherine and Garrett meet. This gives very fitting end to both book.
Catherine and her GAPS bodyguards are in Hong Kong for a wrap of of meetings before heading back to the states. But one thing after another convince her that her brother in law still is trying to kill her. But in steps in little Mae a. Offer that both Garrett and Cat rescued in the first book. Boy, can the reader envision that girl put looking innocent to the test!
finally, Cat says yes to the attraction that has been at the surface, from there they sex is awesome for both parties. But it's the ending that will grab your heart and smiles for both Cat, Mae, Lui and Garrett.

Bwahahahahaha! I laughed so hard at this tale. Sabrina York has done it again. She had just the right combination of humor, adventure, hot sexy love, and sweetness. With lines like this: "I've wanted you forever. Ached for this. Try to pay attention when I ravage you." Aw yeah, it had me in delicious stitches. I highly recommend this sequel to Guard Dog.

I loved this book! It was enjoyable to read and I thoroughly enjoyed it! Cat is a totally wonderful main character and Garrett is so hot and brings the steam to their romance. Lots of adventure and action!

In true Sabrina York fashion she has again hit it out of the park with Cat and Garrett's romance! This was an exciting, sexy and a believeable romance. I can't wait for the next in this series! Highly recommended read!!
