I found this informative, practical, and easy to breeze through. It could definitely be more polished and needs some smoothing out of the articulation here and there but still provides good basic information.
It is kept precise and to the point. It’s a good read for beginners and a reminder for us who have been dealing with this for a while. Sometimes it takes a little reminder. Though this book is from 2016 not much if anything has changed… I would welcome an explanation more in detail how and what the gut has to do with Hashimoto. I know it but it may be also important for beginners to know. Lack of grammar not a big deal.
I gave this book a high rating because I was easily able to understand the information provided. It was not a lengthy book, therefore giving me the hope of reading specific help without a lot of prologue. I would definitely recommend this book to an y on ed seeking knowledge about thyroid issues.
I am reading through a few things and this was $.99. Wanted to see what it had to say. There's a whole host of misinformation out there on the endocrine system but this at least talks about looking at causes rather than patch fixes.
I honestly don't know if one can call this a book - it's thirty pages of what I think may have been translated from Japanese by someone who hadn't quite mastered English. That's okay.
I am an RN and appreciated all the advice. I believe it is written in plan terms and would be helpful to anyone with Hashimotos or a relative with the disease.
