Kynan is ordered to watch over Alexa by the Sources, did I mention he’s a vampire? He’s known as the Protector for the Supernatural. His main role is to keep Alexa safe and he’s good with that but can he keep his heart under control? Alexa likes having Kynan as her bodyguard, she’s not sure why she trusts the vampire, but there’s something there she can’t deny. There’s nothing she wants more, than him. But can she give her heart to the vampire?
I’m the first to admit, that I’m not a paranormal fan at all, but I can’t resist a sexy vampire. So when I saw this book I knew I had to read it! And I’m so glad I did… I loved every single page of this book. I’m excited to see what’s going to happen next in the series!

I love the start to the Battle Scar Series that author Wendi Zwaduc has started here. You Have Me is a twist on what you might think you know about vampires and hunters.
Kynan is a vampire, he protects mankind from the monsters that come out during the night. Has a weakness where he cannot be out in the sunlight, he also has to make his Pasha love him and soon. The beings that gave him his powers will kill him if he doesn’t. Kynan though has always had his eye on someone. She is his heart.
Alexa has always wanted Kynan she just is not ready to commit to him when she is young. But as she gets older things change. When she ends up dating a hunter things really take a turn in her life.
I liked how Alexa is a strong woman she doesn’t need a man to save her. Heck she can do some of the saving too.
Kynan is a kind person who is always trying to give her time to adjust I liked that about him. His patience just might win his mate over before it is too late.
When you want an nontraditional vampire love story this book is the one you have to pick up. I am so glad I got the chance to review it. Would love to see much more in this world and find out who finds love next.
