Case Study: A Taylor Case Mystery

Rate this book
Professor Taylor Case is preparing to wrap-up another fall semester teaching Forensic Science at Georgetown. In her other life, she is hunting down child predators ensuring justice is served while trying to outrun the emotions stemming from a horrific tragedy in her own childhood. Following a birthday celebration for her niece, Dr. Case learns of the suspected abduction of her nephew s playmate Kevin. Taylor grows impatient with the FBI s efforts to track down the missing boy in spite of the evidence she has collected and shared with the young Agent Anderson. Unwilling to let history repeat itself, she initiates her own plan, knowing she must find Kevin soon if she is to find him at all. The childhood abduction of her brother has left her desperate for her father s redemption and denying her own desire to find love. Driven by obsessive desire to fill the void in her heart, Taylor s efforts toward saving the missing boy draw her further and further into an international web of child brokering. In her dangerous attempt to rescue Kevin, Taylor finds herself the hunted and is captured by a vengeful killer who wants to silence her permanently.
