Never underestimate a Relic! Intelligence picks up Security Specialist Keesay’s contract, hoping to direct the Relic’s tenacity and skills against his nemesis, the Capital Galactic Investment Group. But the rogue corporation has its own plans concerning a bounty on the security specialist’s head. Time is running out for mankind, with the Crax striking deep into human territory, targeting colonies on Pluto and Io. Keesay knows whatever plans others might have, fighting the Crax is more important than blending in, or looking over his shoulder. Stepping forward, Keesay accompanies Special Agents Guymin and Vingee on their mission to rescue key prisoners taken by Capital Galactic, before they’re handed over to the Crax. In doing so, Keesay pits his shotgun and brass knuckles, his daring and mysterious connection to the rat-like Chicher, against anyone that gets in his way.

Amazing saga !

The author Terry W. Erwin II amazing imagination made into an awesome action full story on paper.
The first book was a trial by a memory reading device which showed exactly the accused action packed story and proved him un guilty.
This one beautifully continues again full of action both in space and on different planets full of unexpected twists and very well done and hoping for more to come.

Special effects and excellent narration by James Conlan for all characters also perfectly done.

Without a doubt
got my recommendations !

RELIC HUNTED continues the story of Security Specialist Kra Keesey. After miraculously surviving the Cranaltar IV brain scan with his memories intact, Keesey's contract is picked up by Intelligence. The action picks right up in the medical facility where Keesey is recovering and it is under attack by the Crax. These aliens are winning the war. Humanity is on the brink of extinction, but then again, the Crax have underestimated Keesey's tenacity to survive. He single-handedly brought down Capital Galactic Corporation who had a secret alliance with the Crax, but not all of the CGC executives were caught. Keesey has become the most hated man in the galaxy and CGC has put a huge bounty on his head.

Mr. Ervin pulls the reader into the story with the opening chapter and from there it's one jaw-dropping scene after another. I could hardly take a breath wondering what would happen to Keesey next. Make no mistake, Keesey is no superman, but what he lacks in more advanced technical skills, he more than makes up for it with his mode of outdated fire arms. The cast of supporting aliens is inventive and was interesting to see how they interacted with humans. A slight criticism would be there were too many back story scenes especially at the end. I found myself skipping over those paragraphs to get back to the action and the reason why this book didn't earn the full 5 stars. The story ends with a surprising twist, nicely setting up book 3. Can't wait to see what Mr. Ervin has in store for Security Specialist Keesey. Fans of science fiction/space opera will absolutely love the book.

I received a copy of this book in exchange for a fair and honest review.

Very solid four star space opera

This, the second book in the series, continues to deepen our knowledge of the universe it exists in. Characters are developing, and as with the first book, some are lost. I am particularly impressed with character and relationship development, the exploration of space and the technological aspects front and center without overwhelming. For me, the weaknesses are in too many war scenes for my taste, a few grammar and typing issues (especially errors with your vs. you're), and too little development of alien races. I believe the next book will handle that last issue well due to the set up at the end of this book. A better editor should help with the relatively minor issues, and the amount of battle tends to be very individual to each reader.

After surviving the having his memories pulled from his brain by a machine that usually left the person it was used on dead, Kra continues his recovery. But on his last checkup before being cleared to return to work, he finds that the company his memories outed as traitors to humans are still not happy about it and want him dead. After Kra is hired by Intelligence, he is sent on a mission to find other agents that have gone missing during the Capital Galactic and Crax attacks on the humans and their allies. After finding himself captured once again by human traitors interested only in the bounty Capital Galactic has placed on him, Kra finds his only hope of escape in the hands of a woman that hates him, blames him for killing her fiancee and has tried to kill him herself..
