i really enjoyed this closer look at clarke's illustration work, since most writing about him focuses more on his stained glass!! the amount of tiny details will never ever cease to amaze me. most of the illustrations were reproduced beautifully, though a couple were fuzzy. (umbc should let me keep this because it looks like no one has ever checked it out (the catalogue card is empty) and i am clearly the #1 harry clarke fan in the state of maryland)
