If you want to learn how to communicate more effectively with your teams, whether at work or socially, this book is worth the read. You are able to learn how each personality type learns & communicates. I highly recommend both this book as well as the "Quick Indicator" card on Dr. Dellinger's website. I have used both the book and the quick indicator card with family, friends & co-workers. Everyone loves it & it really opens your eyes to communication!
