If you know and learn on how to make a difference, then YOU CEO is an excellent resource.

CEO's like Nadir Godrej (Godrej Industries), Ajay Piramal (Piramal Group), Dr. Lalit K Kanodia (Datamatics), Martin Kriegner (Lafarge, India), Anu Aga (Thermax), Marten Pieters (Vodafone), Ayaz Memon (CEO Coach), Dr. Subhash Chandra (Zee Entertainment), and Ramesh Hira (Hira Industries) have shared their Success Lessons with Authors Vikash Mittersain, Cyrus Gonda and Dr. Nitin Parab.

In my Opinion none of us are born with the knowledge or skill to become a leader. The skill that we are born with might help us navigate our Careers and Interests. These skills will not help us accomplish our dreams. We need to learn new skills.

It is those skills and knowledge that we must learn. Learning comes either through experience or from others (Colleagues, Mentors, Idols, Friends etc.). Experience takes longer and learning from others is the tough part. With so many people around us to learn from, it is easy to be overwhelmed with loads of information, which may be at times be a distraction.

YOU CEO book is essentially a how-to manual that will help, to learn what it takes to be a successful CEO. It has insights on how to deal with competition, build a culture that lays the foundation for long term success, giving back to society, harness and channelize talent of people for Innovation, Qualities that a leader should have, using transparency to find solutions etc.

Perhaps the best recommendation I can offer for YOU CEO is that each of the insights offered by the 9 CEO's can be practiced by anyone, regardless of Career, Role, Interests, or Background.

There are lots of books written on Leadership but none have the simple elegance of this book. All the Insights are REAL and WORKABLE.
