I've seen pancakes like these on the Internet and though, yeah right, like the average person can make those. However, this excellent book has made me believe that even I can make fancy, fun, pancakes for my kids!
I love the layout of this book. Appealing design presents the tools and ingredients needed. (the most exotic piece of equipment is a squeeze bottle.)
Each design features clear, easy, instructions complete with illustrations. Each design also has a full color photograph, so you can see what you're aiming for.
I also appreciate the difficulty ratings for each design, easy, medium, or hard.
