A pastor's wife friend of mine passed this book on to me, and I really enjoyed it. It was a quick read; the author primarily shares stories from her life and insights she has gained over the years. She's honest, funny, and tells good stories. The title reflects some of her humor, I think; maybe she didn't mean it this way, but you can inflect it so many different ways--- "SOOOOOO...YOU're the pastor's wife...." "So. You're the pastor's wife." Okay, it's hard to emphasize inflection in print, but you get the idea. Every pastor's wife deals with a lot of different issues as a result of her husband's job, and this gives some wonderfully down-to-earth and wise thoughts on handling them. Frankly, I think a lot of Christian wives in general would benefit from this book, too.
