برندهى جایزهى آكادمى تئاتر فرانسه «دیدیه ون كولارت» در سال 1982 با رمان «بیست سال گرد و غبار» سر و صداى بسیار در بین منتقدان ادبیات فرانسه به پا كرد، و منتقدان او را «فرانسوا مورسیه ى» معاصر نامیدند. رمان برندهى جایزهى «دل دوكا» شد. یک سال بعد ایشان جایزهى «آكادمى تئاتر فرانسه» را براى نمایشنامهى «ستاره شناس» كسب كرد و دو رمان بعدى اش «ماهى عشق» و «تعطیلات شبح» به ترتیب برندهى جوایز «روژه نیمیه» و «گتنبرگ دو لیور» شدند. اوج موفقیت ایشان در سال 1994 با نوشتن رمان «ساده رفتن» رخ داد و توانست با این رمان جایزه ى «گنكور» آن سال را به خود اختصاص دهد. دنیای داستانی «دیدیه ون كولارت» را تركیبى از تخیل و طنز گزندهى «مارسل امه» با واقع گرایی دقیق «رومن گارى» میسازد.

فوق العاده بود.. واقعا جالب و جذاب بود بنظرم. فقط کاش میشد یه نقد خوب ازش پیدا کرد. بنظرم بعد از خوندنش واقعا لازمه..

نتونستم تمومش کنم. فکر نمیکردم اصغر نوری چنین نمایشنامهی آبکیای رو ترجمه کنه و حتی سر صحنه ببره!

کتاب بسیار جذابی بود. در عین اینکه سریع پیش رفت، با کلی مفهوم که همیشه توی ذهن خودم باهاشون درگیر هستم، بازی کرد و ازشون حرف زد. در واقع وقتی کتاب به انتهاش میرسه، میفهمی که دعوتت کرده تا دوباره فکر کنی، به تنهایی، خوشبختی، زندگی، رابطهها و ....
