This book has some useful information, however the grammar and spelling were atrocious. The wording of the sentences leads me to belive this was written by a non-english speaker, and then poorly translated. No one would talk the way this book is written. The book is kind of a quick overview of natural herbs you can use. Nothing in the book on where to find them. Many I have never heard of. The author uses the term oil many times, but never says whether to use an oil for consuming, or an essential oil. She mentions consuming oregano oil so obviously this is oregano infused olive oil, but she doesn't say that. Someone could think she means oregano essential oil. She meantions tea tree oil, but she should have said tea tree essential oil. Many reading this book would be very confused or use the wrong thing.
