Society — through social media, radio, and television — tells us what we should want in our lives: to be more, have more, get more. But money and possessions are not necessarily what brings us happiness. Our highest joy comes through finding and achieving our life’s purpose and goals — our soul’s desires. Through the Creative Meditation and Manifestation practice you will learn to access the inner POWERS we all possess and put them to work building a pathway to your greatest success and happiness.
This 21-day interactive workbook engages readers on many levels and offers easy-to-understand and powerful guidance on:
· Learning to be mindful using a simple technique to bring you fully into the present.
· Creating your life by giving you real tools for learning to change your thoughts and thought process.
· Using a simple form of meditation to quiet your mind chatter so you can get to the real issues and goals in your life.
· Focusing your thoughts, words, and actions to become who you are meant to be.
· Redirecting negative thoughts into positive thoughts so you can co-create a beautiful life.

Answer your soul’s wake-up call, tap into your inner POWERS, and create your beautiful life.
Amara Honeck is an author and spiritual mentor whose work centers on the quiet, powerful moments where inner wisdom finally rises to the surface. Through her Living Sacred Path, she guides readers into a slower, more intentional way of being — one rooted in clarity, presence, and soul-level connection.
Before devoting herself fully to writing and spiritual direction, Amara spent years teaching with the Monroe Institute and the Foundation for Shamanic Studies, exploring consciousness, core shamanism, energy work, and the nature of inner transformation. Her background in core shamanism, interspirituality, sacred arts, and contemplative creative practices shapes every piece of her work.
Amara is a facilitator of SoulCollage®, Zentangle®, Chakradance®, and Veriditas labyrinth practices, and holds certifications in sound healing, crystal healing, Reiki, and sacred creative expression.
Her current offerings include the weekly Sacred Pause Newsletter, her free online wisdom cards, one-on-one spiritual guidance, and tools that help others slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with what matters most.
Wow. I've read three major Law of Attraction books, but I've never been given the real answers until this book. By real answers I mean the author didn't sugarcoat the process or the outcome. Instead she was realistic and explained everything in perfect detail. I highly recommend this book for anyone questioning manifestation or even trying to gain a better understanding from the more complex books out there.
I recommend purchasing this book as a paperback rather than an E-book because it’s an interactive guide with loads of pages to journal on. Each section has a few fill in the blank journal pages that help guide you to successfully reaching your meditation goals. There are also a couple of adult relaxation coloring pages after each journaling page to help you wind down and clear your mind.
So I’ve been meditating regularly for a couple of years now, and overtime its taught me how to ground myself, clear my mind, heal my emotional and physical body, as well as open myself to growth and manifestation. I’m a huge fan of regular meditation, yet I haven’t quite gotten myself into a journaling routine and that is something I’d love to do. Of all the interactive meditation/journaling guides, this one is one of my favorites. It breaks down the process into very easy to follow steps and then provides the necessary resources to follow through.
By focusing on the power points, in a productive order and in an easy to comprehend way, the reader is able to focus on one powerful aspect at a time. Just a few examples: clearing mind chatter, rerouting your subconscious thought process from negative to positive, relaxing the body and grounding, visualization and much more. Every once in a while I like to read meditation and journaling books hoping to pick up anything new and engaging that I’m yet to incorporate. This book was a great refresher on some things I’ve looked over in the past, and it’s a wonderful guide for anyone who is new to meditation and wants to understand the process better before diving in. 4 stars for me.
I don’t know how well I did everything. I feel different. I feel that I am a better metal vocalist, which gets me closer to my goal of being in a heavy metal band.
