The articles by Karen Busby (on myths and problems wrt SA prosecutions) and by David Milward and Debra Parkes wrt Gladue (and its ineffectiveness of addressing indigenous overincarceration) are particularly strong. Patricia Monture is also always worth reading.

In general, it's a very good collection though I was already familiar with most of the issues/arguments.
