In the forests of this tiny moon there are many dangers, but Tshok and his younger brother Faylek could never have imagined this. Returning home from the fishing adventure of a lifetime, the boys quickly discover that they are not alone—the forest, it seems, has been keeping secrets. Watching them as they walk, two sets of mysterious, red-glowing eyes follow their every move and as events set into motion long ago start to transpire and as the peril begins spiraling out of control, one thing is for certain … Tshok and Faylek will never look at the forest the same way again.
Good book, lots of action and a couple of fun characters, a page turner for sure. I didn't give it 5 stars because i need closure in a book. I know it's a trilogy but I still like each book of a series to end in a place that puts my mind at ease. Good read.
