I really enjoyed reading this book and love what is has to say about this natural form of healing. It's hard to rate this book because it is the only one on this subject I have read. But, it definalty inspired me to read more.

Not that inspirational! It made me feel less empowered and more in need for outside resources that are not exactly accessible.
