My father taught me how to play chess. We used to play during the afternoons before siesta. I never really got to beat him, even after reading all of his chess books which I have now sort-of inherited. It isn't for the lack of trying, though, but it's okay. Mostly I played chess so I can spend more time with my father, and winning is the last thing on my mind.
