The secrets we hide

I really enjoy reading books by this author. This author always ends the book with a twist. Just when i thought I had it figured out she gave me a twist I wasn't expecting. There were a few editing issues but they did not take away from the story.

Interesting text

Lots of twists. I figured out many elements of the story early on, so finishing was simple. There are several elements that I wish were tackled differently, especially for Patrice and her children. Also, a little more depth to Griffith as his backstory and resentment towards August wasn't developed in a way in which I found plausible. I think First Lady Aydan was the true interesting tale. I didn't really agree with the closure of Josef but maybe that is how it needed to be. I still would like more information on Reignbow what's her next chapter.

I still see great things in store for Tracee as I have read everything she has written. I want her to win so it's only right I give an honest critique.

Nothing but drama

These 4 ladies were something else. They kept the drama going. They each had their own type and plenty of secrets. This was a fast paced read, and if you blink, you might miss something. I was so busy trying to keep up, that I was done reading before I realized it. And that ending. Whew! All I can say is that I had no idea that it would end like that. This is a must read.

Slayed from cover to cover!

Well, well, well. Honey when all the pieces came together, it all made perfect sense. This novel was amazing from start to finish. The plot twists were woven in perfectly and it was such a refreshing storyline.
