I didn't buy this book for myself. One of Alastair's rather eccentric aunt gave it to me as christmas gift back in christmas/ New year's 2005 (I wonder if she's had a hunch? :P). Yet when I browse through the content it turns out to be a cute and amusing book... now if only I could practice any of the spells and that it'd come true... :P

I got this as an Easter gift one year and I found it to be adorably cute; in fact the whole series is wonderful, I loved them.

A cute little illustrated spell book. Not sure how seriously it took itself, but it was an entertaining read.
