She was the first person to be appointed by a national animal welfare charity as a full time Animal Behaviourist, eventually heading a team of behaviourists.
Gwen has successfully solved behaviour problems in thousands of rehomed dogs, helping to prevent dogs with behavioural problems being passed from home to home and improving the rehoming success rate.
Gwen lectures at national and international conferences, runs training courses for staff at animal charities around the world and has written many books & education leaflets. She is a Trustee for Battersea Dogs and Cats Home.

Didn't tell me why dogs do some of the unusual things they do. Most of this is about interactions between dogs with other dogs or strangers. I wanted to know about the interactions between my dog and I.

Informative and interesting book that offers insight to what dogs are thinking. I also loved that there were lots of pictures and examples of behaviors of our canine friends. Kind of like the body language of dogs. If you have a dog, I recommend you pick up a copy. It may surprise you.

This book is about dogs and how to take care of them. Also, this book is great for new people who just got their first dog. I've had German Shepard's since I was born and I now know how to take care of them.
