Arrête! Tu m'exaspère

Rate this book
If you feel that the people you love or depend on are driving you crazy -- you may be shocked to learn that you are truly and frighteningly right! This book shows you how to recognize the psychologically undermining. "crazymaking" (the authors' term) behavior of those closest to you -- and how to put an end to it. You mother, who compliments you on a hard-won weight loss and then presses you to eat her home-baked cake. Your lover, who professes true devotion but is frequently hours late for dates. Your husband, who dutifully offers to help out with the housework but always "accidentally" forgets to take out the garbage.

Some very excellent content wrapped in 70s hip psychologist language. If you are offended by swearing you will be offended by this book
