The boys and I are reading this Illustrated Stories of the Great Leaders of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints series. Thus far we are really enjoying them. They are shortish books, about 48 pages, with large oil paintings on almost every page. The text is clear and engaging.

President Snow led an amazing life. I didn't know much about him before. My boys were enthralled.

I am so glad I bought this (on a whim) and will collect the rest of the series. Very well done and it's difficult to find books about the latter day prophets.
