My full name is E.N. (Edmund Nathaniel) Richardson (called Ned) and I was born in New York.
Growing up with very loving and caring parents and with my younger sister Catherine (called Caty), my family was quite poor and struggled with several financial setbacks.
Only 13 years old, I had a vision for my life. Or should I say an escape plan? I knew, decided, that one day I would be able to help my parents out financially and develop a better future for my own family.
At this age one of my teachers gave me a book - and this book simply CHANGED MY LIFE!
It was a book about self help and positive thinking and the effect and great impact that 'thinking the right way' can have on your self-development and future. From this point until today I was addicted to the idea of improving my skills: "Change and better Yourself - and your Surroundings and Future will change Likewise!" is the essence of this way of thinking.
35 years later, quite successful in my job with a wife and a 14 year old son, I decided that it would be great to share all the knowledge and experience I gained over the years, to help others.
Through my years as a passionate reader, excellent speaker and powerful communicator I never stopped on the journey of self improvement.
Now my passion has changed; focusing on helping others to develop their skills - is kind of my new addiction.
Therefore I was blessed to be able to write four books:
1. Communication: How to Win Friends and Master to Lead Conversations!
2. Mindset: 21 Mindset Tricks to Improve your Success and Happiness!

A brilliant book for anyone seeking Success and Self Improvement. Addicts - Like me. :-)
This book really will help anybody searching for tips and methodologies for leaving their shell and enhancing their general relational abilities. Richardson touches upon numerous imperative parts of the subject in a way that is clear and succinct, while likewise being elegantly composed.
With his good guidance I think it does not matter if you need communication skills for your business or simply want to feel more comfortable around others - you will love this book.
The book is awesome written, which often is a problem with nonfiction books and therefore can lead anybody towards improving relational abilities in territories identified with regular correspondence, as well as becoming a pro in negotiations or simply feeling more confident - talking to others. I highly recommend this book to anybody hoping to change the way they see communication and want to feel more self assure and easy in any given situation.
The author describes many situations of all day life and businessand, revealing exact tricks and techniques to make the best out of these.
This book will help anyone who wants to feel more ease in his communication with others.
