Shayla has always feared the backlash of dealing with a woman. When she meets Brandy she is pushed to face those fears head on. She journeys through coming out to her family as she learns to love for the first time.
Story was GREAT!!! But between the grammar and spelling errors, it was difficult. I understand it is a task to write, but getting someone to proofread is a must. Had I not been so engaged and engulfed in the story, I would have stopped reading. Has great potential!! Can't Wait for pt 2
Besides the grammatical errors, the book is a great read. As a heterosexual I’m totally in love with Brandy and Shay’s ability to communicate and work out their issues. Something I definitely try and implement in my relationship... their passion is envious LOL. I used some of their lines on my man...and they worked!!!
The development of this journey felt just like the stages & levels of a relationship in real life progresses & grows. Loved the journey of attraction, recognition, understanding & love as they developed & intensified— all in the midst of self-discovery & transformation & comfortability with themselves.
This book is so good I love how shay find her way and I love how Brandy is with her the only thing that is crazy is the last page I know she walk in and find shay friends almost naked in her bed why not talk it out but other than that this book was a great read
