I would give this 4.5 stars if that was an option.

Every book can be a little bit better which is the reason I didn't rate this 5 stars. I especially hold Spiritual books to the highest standard, but I do believe this author accomplished what he set out to do, which is to paint a multi-dimensional picture of the nature of Jesus and end the book with Jesus's sacrificial death on the cross, clearly showing God's plan for salvation and how it can be received by each person.

Each week in this book has two sections of bible readings (think of it as a chapter) Each of those two sections will be followed by questions for you to reread and think about and answer for yourself. At the end of both of the readings for the week, the author gives examples of how you can put that lesson into action.

This is not a daily bible reading but a once a week study that can be done as an individual or group.
