First printing in near fine condition in a VG+ dust jacket. Slight bow to the book. The dust jacket is frayed at the upper outer tips. Fading to the DJ's spine and spine seams. The rear panel has mild dust soiling.
A lovely assemblage of (mostly) black and white photos of Picasso in his final years: at work, at play, with friends, etc. These are interlarded with lots of purported conversations and interviews, which have the ring of truth about them. Somewhat confusingly, these are presented non-chronologically, so that I ended up reading the book forwards and backwards in order to make sense of it all. Not that the point is to "make sense" of Picasso, but I just prefer to read things in chronological order, given the choice. Anyways, a nice large-sized book, very much of its time (late 60s to early 70s) in decor and style.
