Ruth Sutton's fourth novel is a classic crime novel, set in England's far north-west in 1969, when truth and justice struggled to prevail.
The story kept me gripped the entire way through, I found it by chance because it was the only thing that caught my eye among a small amount of books donated at a campsite in the Lake District. The ending was quite realistic, and honestly such an interesting way for things to play out. I would definitely recommend giving it a read!
