In the Beginning

In the Beginning, God created the heavens and the earth. Before what we see now there was nothing. The whole universe was empty and dark. Even after all this, the Father had one more thing to create, the most important thing of all. So He reached into His own heart and pulled out little pieces of His beautiful self and shaped them into His children. He created you and me and made us in His image. And He said it was good.

The way in which this book was written has helped me expand on the ways I think of God. This is a beautifully written and illustrated book. I recommend this to anyone and am very thankful that my dad got a copy for me.

Loved it! Fast read. Love how it looks at creation from God's point of view. That he actually knew that we would sin before he created us. Amazing!

Someone gave me this book last year when i had resolved to start reading. Jump started my reading, literally.
