Insights are key to solve big problems.

Feelings cloud your mind and could prevent you from having those insights.

We need to understand that those feelings come from our thoughts (inside->out) and not that our thoughts are generated by the feelings and circumstances around us (outside->in).

Once we understand that we will be able to clear our mind and have all those breakthrough insights to solve these big problems.

Good message… I understand the authors did not want to deliver a “how-to” guide to the reader but it could have been easier for us if they had. That would have made it a 5-star book for me.

Nevertheless, next time I get clouded by feelings I’ll try to remember that those come from my thoughts and not the other way around.

Maybe that’s the big take away from this reading.

Great read on the power of our wisdom and how this manifests once we get out of our own way.
