The gold miners in Cold Water Canyon are being robbed and murdered by a gang of vicious cutthroats. Will Cannon rides to Cold Water Canyon in hoping that some of the outlaws are members of the Blackman Gang. Blackman and his gang killed Will's family in Virginia several years ago and Will swore a blood oath to find and kill Blackman and every member of his gang. Will gets some help from some of the miners and cowboys and they set out to bring the outlaws to justice.
