I fished up my book today...I believe that my character Sutton McPhee believe she knows who did the murder. She is a sign to cover the Fairfax county police and as she is working the case another murder happened and she believes she knows who did that. Even though there were ups and downs she still had a strong feeling she knew who it was. Especially whenever the young woman died from a drug overdose but she knew someone else was involved with the death. So after looking over everything she suspects that the two cases she has are related.
I feel like the hero is certain because she is trying to make the case. She is trying to figure out who is the murderer what happened in trying to get justice for this. also Sutton has a lot to say she is never outspoken she always has something in her mind and she’ll say it. She is trying her best to do what’s right for everyone and it just shows her character. also with her putting herself out there for this case really shows how she is like a hero she’s willing to do that. that’s why I think that’s a hero of the story.
I read 5-7 but I want to talk about chapter 5 the most. It was the one chapter I could really feel the feeling in. At the beginning it was so tense in the lunchroom. A guy she didn't know was questioning her a lot. And he was the one who was supposed to be getting questioned. Yet as the chapter goes one things seems to calm down a little bit, but feels uneasy for a person. As I read the other chapters things still seem very tense and uneasy but you start questioning why the atmosphere feels a little touchy if that makes sense. It's kind of a space out where you have questions but you can get the answers just like she’s running into.
