Mom, Dad, I'm Living with a White Girl
A Chinese son must tell his parents that he's moved in with his white girlfriend. In a counter-narrative, the play explodes Asian stereotypes, in a B movie called "Wrath of the Yellow Claw." The Globe and Mail wrote, "At its heart, Marty Chan's fast-paced comedy is a blend of a couple of old culture clash and generational conflict."

I feel like this deserves a movie adap. Fun and energetic, with something to say.

This is a very interesting play about identity and trying to decide what matters to oneself. I was a little uncomfortable with how heavy the racist stereotyping was. While the play acknowledged the stereotypes, it was still uncomfortable at times.
