In my quest to find a Holiday themed paranormal book released in dec 2015 - I stumbled upon this. It took me about an hour to read and well, my polite southern upbringing is struggling with the "if you don't have anything nice to say, say nothing at all" portion of the show. So I'll just be technical...first off I'm not sure the title is grammatically correct...secondly, the writing is very juvenile with its sentence structure and word choice and finally, the plot could've had potential but in the end, it just didn't work for me.
There was another three part story with different characters in the bundle I purchased - I pretty much skimmed it after the boyfriend raped his girlfriend on a camping trip and then waited 48 hours to call the police when she was carried down stream during a boating adventure gone bad the next morning. Some day I'll master the ability to just stop reading when it gets bad, but my damn need to know always wins out. This may have cured my need to know problems.
I liked the story, and would have given it a higher rating. But I was fooled into thinking this book was longer than it was. I liked bonus books. But if only 10% of the book is the one I wanted, I felt like this was a waste of my time. I hate sneaky books.
