What Don Kidwell TOP 500 REVIEWER Says About This Book:
"Holly Goes Christmas Shopping was the kind of book that had you disliking the typical tho self-centered nature of the young girl at first blush until Mom intervened and taught her some valuable lessons. For that, I liked the book!"

"Very Cute Book!"
By Madeupagin on December 7, 2015:
"To help teach children consideration for how others think. My four-year-old granddaughter had a bit of trouble at first because no one she knows has siblings, and most of her friends are her age. She had no one younger to think about. Happily, her mother's best friend had a baby recently (how could I possibly forget the video of her dancing in the elevator to meet baby Kate? She's been friends with her since her mommy started showing!) and she was able to realize Kate would like a baby toy. I have told her that Holly's daddy took Holly out, just he and Holly, for dinner and looking for mommy a present. What a great book that prompts that from a four year old!"

A simple but to the point story

Read this copy on Kindle Unlimited.

Holly goes Christmas shopping for gifts that others might enjoy instead of what she would like to have. She takes other people's preferences in consideration.

I think many adults should read this book too. I would prefer it wouldn't be just focused on getting the presents that people want though. I think that it could cover more than that, like neighbors respecting others and not slamming the doors, taking your park space, making noise at late hours, or cleaning a public space after using it, such as parks...
The art is simple as the cover shows.

A nicely illustrated story helping little kids to learn how to purchase gifts for her friends and family! It’s more about what THEY want NOT what you want!

Teaches good lessons

It has a good moral. Not the best artwork, but the story was good. My daughter liked it a lot.
