The Bird sisters Raven, Robin, Sparrow, and Blue are thrown once again, into life and death situations of their own creation. Sparrow's quick trip down the aisle with Isiah comes back to bite her, when a blast from the past reveals some secrets, making Sparrow doubt everything she's ever known about her new husband. Raven and Pierre are no longer in danger, but someone they love more than life is, their infant son, P.J. Robin has been living the life, until an unexpected threat disrupts the new peace she has made for herself in New York. An impromptu trip to Vega reveals deadly secrets and hidden agendas and puts Blue in the crosshairs of one of the world's most dangerous women, Danni. As they navigate the seedy underbelly of Chicago, they will have to slay old demons and new ones in order to make it out alive. Nothing is certain and no one is who they seem to be, including their new allies. For this family, only one thing is for if family is worthy of dying for, then it is definitely worth killing for. Or on the other hand, is it?
Straight out of Chicagoland, Phoenix Williams, as seen in Sheen Magazine, is a CEO, screenwriter, bestselling, award-nominated author, and a public speaker.
She credits her success to standing in her truth, obsessing over anime, owning who she is, and giving her fears the bird. In her own words, "I write books and talk shit."
From her erotic romance series, Sex, Lies, and Friendship, to her paranormal series, Queens of Beasts, this self-proclaimed smutty, smutty princess has captured the attention of readers and industry leaders alike.
Oh my God, I wasn't excepting the things that played out in this book at all. Phoenix definitely took me on a rollercoaster ride. Blue, and Danni through me for a loop, then two together is very dangerous. I'm still wrapping my head around Anita, Dean, and Mara they brought a lot of drama to this story and kept it very interesting. The bird sisters had a lot piled up against them and the revelations in this book, left me speechless. The ending left me wanting more, Sparrow going to pull through, Dean and karma became best friends, Stan made a shocking appearance and will turn things upside down. A lot of blood was shed in this book, betrayal happened, people you'd least except joined forces, and the two people you'd least except found love. This an amazing read, ill recommend to anyone.
The Bird sisters are back, and the rollercoaster ride continues. There is plenty of betrayal and bloodshed. These sisters endured the good as well as the bad. Both life and death situations like within the pages of this book, and all of them are a result of the sisters actions. I could not put this book down. Phoenix Williams brought her A-game with this one. I am ready for part 3.
This book was good like part 1. The Bird sisters are on a rollercoaster start. I was shock that Blue and Danni but there very dangerous act together. I couldn't believe they trying to pen the murdering Sparrow. I was so sad when Belinda died poor Bruce. But Dean and Black ice got what they deserved.
