Christine Lehmann is a German author and activist.

The daughter of journalist and non-fiction writer Johannes Lehmann, she grew up in Stuttgart and started her writing career in 1994. Since 2015, she has been a member of the Stuttgart city council.

She also writes historical romance novels under the pen name Madeleine Harstall.
