Beyond Coding: How ICD-10 Will Transform Clinical Documentation

Rate this book
ICD-10 adoption demands that we reorient ourselves within a familiar environment and requires a new level of responsibility from the traditional provider role. Beyond How ICD-10 Will Transform Clinical Documentation is written with a greater purpose beyond adopting a new coding system; it addresses the need for healthcare leaders to fully understand the magnitude of change in documentation and coding. Those who do will reap the early benefits, and in the course of doing so, will build competencies in large-scale organizational change, a strategic differentiator in a rapidly evolving healthcare industry.
