In this third revision of my book “ESPRESSO Techniques” I have made every effort to bring the world-wide artisan espresso community completely up to date on the progress at Espresso Vivace since 2005, the date I released revision number “ Updated Techniques”.
Wow, I feel lucky to gather 30 years worth of knowledge and research in a couple houses of reading. Great for making home espresso but tailored to commercial espresso machines as that is what he does best.
