Based on interviews with top corporate marketing and communications experts, among them Xerox, H-P. This advises integration of communications externally with important customers, vertically with senior management and the front line employees and horizontally across departments. Sounded very familiar.

It's full of details and it's a good read but the book could be summed up and shorter.
