Fragan is having a bad day; nothing seems to be going his way.

From bad weather to a ruined breakfast, everything seems to be a cause of irritation and vexation.

For a children’s book, spelling and punctuation errors are…not good things. Kids are confused as it is.

The illustrations are adequate, and it’s kinda cute.

Probably ok for kids

This is a cute story with fetching art, but it runs into the well worn gully of today's cartoon features, providing preachy, tired morals.
