Good book….but you really need to find some quiet time to read it cause this book demands complete focus.

Emotions are true and useful and can help you make decisions that will positively influence your life. To learn to walk comfortably with your feelings is to access an abundance of knowledge.

Understanding our emotions and dealing with them in an honest and compassionate way will help us physically and spiritually. Emotional decision making is the process of being mindful of our emotions, considering what they tell us and using that information to help us make wise decisions.

To achieve emotional wholeness and make healthy emotional decisions, we must decipher which voices are ours and which ones come from outside us. Volatile emotions can hinder us from hearing the voice of God.

To allow hurt to lead to resentment and then to bitterness is to let emotions run of control. Allow yourself to feel angry, but do not use your anger as a weapon of violence against others.

In our tiredness, learn to listen to God carefully. Positive solutions come to us when we’re quiet, undisturbed, and reflective. We release our emotions by listening to our hearts.
