This is a very quick-list type travel guide, really more a descriptive list of the tops places to see than anything else. It gives very little sense of local culture, tells almost nothing about the country or city -- it doesn't even have a map! Repeatedly the author directs the reader to various websites, most of which could easily be found by googling, oh, "Zurich tourist info". It lists at 43 pages but have very large font and lots of empty space on each page. Space which could have had pictures or maps, ahem.
This is printed in California but clearly not written by a Californian, as it warns that "summers are very warm, with average high temperatures between 22.5C(72.5F) and 25C(77F)." That's warm day in winter in my part of the state, lady. Are you British or something?
I can only see this bring useful if one picked it up in the airport on the way to an unplanned diversion to Zurich, and didn't have a smartphone to look things up on.
